Corporate side: executive compensation, severance matters, non-disclosure, non-competition and confidentiality provisions and agreements. Defense of alleged civil rights violations and other forms of discrimination or illegal activities, defense of unemployment insurance claims.

Individual side:
Hiring, termination and retirement situations; retaliation, sexual harassment, discrimination, and hostile work environment cases, wage claims, failure to promote and reduction in workforce situations, violations of Federal, state and local laws and civil rights, including age, sex, gender, race, national origin, sexual orientation and religious discrimination, pregnancy discrimination and violations of FMLA, disability discrimination and failure to provide reasonable accommodations.
